WOOHOO, Christmas time!

Hi everyone! My name is Jamie, and I joined the community a couple of years or so ago. (Can't remember exactly, lol) I've never posted a wishlist, so I hope I'm doing this right. (I have granted wishes before, but forget to post MY list, lol.)

Anyway, I'm 33, live in the Southeast. (Tennessee) I'm quite a fangirl, and love to go to conventions. I collect way too much stuff. I'm a crafter, and have an etsy store. I'm quite a book nerd. (I read a lot of urban fantasy, horror, and paranormal romance) I love to write. I love television. Enough about all that, on to the wishlist!
  1. Crafty stuff. Odds and ends, things you don't use. I do lots of crafts. I sew, knit, crochet, scrapbook, make atcs, art, make dolls, make soap, bath products, jewelry....So anything relating to any of this would be AWESOME!
  2. Handmade stuff. Love, love, love handmade stuff. I guess that's part of being a crafter ;)
  3. Of course, I have an Amazon list: Jamie's Amazon Wishlist
  4. To have my etsy site pimped! My etsy is: Forbidden Fruit Curiosities Etsy Shop I'm using whatever I make off of etsy to buy craft supplies to make Christmas gifts for my 7 nieces and nephews!
  5. Fandom stuff! Anything related to any of my fandoms! I'm quite the fangirl, lol. (True Blood, Horror, Urban Fantasy/Paranormal Romance Books, Battlestar Galactica, Whedonverse, Star Wars, Star Trek, Comics - Marvel DC and Indie, Supernatural)
  6. This one will be far-fetched, but I really want a bodybugg. www.bodybugg.com/
  7. Yummy scented stuff. Store bought, home made, LOVE IT. I really love just about any coconut scent, and the Harajuku Lovers "G" scent. Bath salt, soaps, perfume, body spray, home sprays...etc!
  8. Holiday Cards/Mail Art! Everyone loves 'em :)
  9. This one is far-fetched too...but I've been looking for a CD for some time for my husband. We have it on vinyl and cassette. The band is Celtic Frost, and the album name is Cold Lake. It's been out of print forever!
  10. Encouragement. I would like to lose some weight. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for 11 years now. I have PCOS, and I've tried a few different treatments, but I know one of the best things I could do for this, and to help my self image for that matter is lose weight. I'd especially like to hear from other people with PCOS that may have gone through something similar, and had a successful pregnancy! That would really lift my spirits :)
So, there it goes. I've been trying to post this for a couple weeks now, hahah! Leave a comment with your email address, and I'll send my shipping addy if you need it :) Thanks for reading, and I hope everyone has a great holiday!
To help with #10: Check out the South Beach diet. The first two weeks are weird (no sugar/carbs) but then it settles into a very healthy and balanced list of food. It was developed by a doctor who was aiming to stabilize his heart patients' blood sugar and cholesterol. A side effect wound up being weight loss and in some women a boost in fertility.

Best of luck!
#10 - I have PCOS too and I've managed to lose almost 60 pounds after my diagnosis, no kids though, but that was by choice. Check out www.3fatchicks.com for a great suportive forum.
Wow...60 pounds! That gives me hope ;)

I will definitely check out that site...thank you so much for the link!

This is a very all-purpose icon, but I felt like sharing it with you, purely because it is not specific. Right click and enjoy!
Re: Fangirly Icon
And hey, good for you on working to lose weight. I've tried a lot of things and had limited success, but my metabolism is all the cause of that. Go You! I'm cheering you on from upstate NY.
Re: Fangirly Icon
Thank you so much! LOVE the icon! And I'm with ya on the metabolism...mine sucks as well!
