Hello! I am Stephanie, and I have loved being part of this community for the past few years. I'm so excited about posting my wishlist and granting as many wishes as I possibly can! :] I wish for:

1. Anything from my Amazon wishlist would be nice. Used is fine!
2. I have been dreaming about this camera for a while. It's so gorgeous!
3. Mix-CD's! I really love every kind of music; I am not picky at all. But I would especially like mixes of your favorite songs. (And you can send me mixes via the internets if you prefer.)
4. Any kind of pens -- ballpoint pens, gel pens, felt-tip pens, whatever! I love writing with pretty colored ink.
5. Notebooks of any shape or size. I write a lot, so I go through paper like crazy.
6. Zines! I love zines, and I would really like to expand my collection.
7. 0ga or 00ga jewelry for my ears.
8. Hot cocoa! Either packages of cocoa mix, recommendations for cocoa mix, or recipes for yummy cocoa. I love cocoa! :]
9. A link to your tumblr, if you have one. (Mine is here if you are interested.)
10. Have a wonderful holiday season, everyone! ♥

1. I have both the Wil Wheaton books if you're still looking for them. Let me know! If you do want them I'm sure I can toss in some pens and a spiral notebook or two.

I am celeria at livejournal dot com if you need to email me.

ETA: It is also totally fine if you no longer want them, of course. But if you don't, would you mind letting me know? I think I saw one of them on someone else's wishlist and I'd like to offer it up.

I sent you an e-mail, but I'm not sure if you got it. :\ If you just want to send me one of the books, instead of both, that would be fine because then you could offer someone else the other book. :]

Sorry about the mixup! I thought your email might have gone to spam in one account, and I did turn up a few similar ones, but none from you. I definitely don't mind sending them both to you, I just thought you hadn't gotten back to me.

I will take them to the post office later this week (possibly before Friday, but Friday at the latest).
Sorry about that, my school e-mail does crazy things sometimes! I should start using a different e-mail address. Thank you so much for the books, I can't wait to read them! :]
I'd love to send along some mix CDs and zines :]

Please e-mail me with your mailing address: this-is-my-e-mail-address AT hotmail DOT com

In the subject line, please put: "Holiday Wishes '09 - Mix CDs & Zines"

Happy Holidays!
Oh, and be sure to include your username and link to your wishlist in the message... just so things are organized. Thank you!
If you could email me with your mailing address and a link to your list that would be fabulous. :)
My cocoa (actually, chocolate) recommendation: find the nearest Williams & Sonoma store and buy their hot chocolate! It comes in a tin (had brown and white stripes last year; not sure if it will be the same this year) and is absolutely AMAZING. Make it over the stove with milk (or soymilk), according to the directions. It's to die for. I'm desperate to buy some for myself, because it's a limited-time thing (not sure if it's out yet, or if it'll only be there closer to/after Thanksgiving) and it's SO FRIGGIN' GOOD! (And I suggest going to look for it now just in case it is out, because they only get so much of it and once it's sold out it's gone, so better to grab it as soon as you can!)

Okay, to be slightly less excited and more helpful:

I checked their website, and couldn't find it on there; so either it's not available yet or they don't sell it through their website.

I did, however, find a picture of it: Here is what it looks like! Brown tin with striped lid, not a striped tin as I had remembered.
I love Williams & Sonoma stores! I'll have to look for their hot chocolate next time I stop by one. :] Thank you for the recommendation!
Spiced hot chocolate recipe
Spiced Hot Chocolate

Makes 6 cups

15 whole cardamom pods
12 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise pods
¾ teaspoon coriander seeds
¾ teaspoon grated or ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
In a separate bag:
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon vanilla

Pour milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add sugar to taste, all spices and red pepper flakes. Cook on low heat to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, cover and let mixture steep for approximately 20 minutes.
Add cocoa powder and vanilla and bring back to a simmer, whisking until blended. Strain through a sieve, leaving behind spices, and pour into mugs.
Can be doubled or multiplied as necessary.
